The Healthy Babies Healthy Children (HBHC) Program is a free and voluntary home visiting service offered across Ontario. It supports families during pregnancy, after birth, and throughout early childhood, up until school entry. Families may receive regular visits from a Public Health Nurse, Social Worker and a Family Home Visitor to promote healthy child development, strengthen parenting skills, and connect with community supports. Visits are typically every 2–3 weeks, or as needed, based on family goals and needs.
