All formal freedom of information requests under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) or the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) must be received by the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) using this submission page. All other forms of request will not be processed.
An access/correction request for information will be processed in accordance with the limits set out in the MFIPPA, PHIPA, and the related regulations. The time limit to respond to your inquiry will begin from the date the request and the $5 application fee (for MFIPPA requests) are received.
