COVID-19 Vaccine Online Order Form Ontario’s COVID-19 vaccine program has transitioned to an annual program in alignment with expert recommendations from the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI)- Guidance on the use of COVID-19 vaccines for 2025 to summer 2026. Please be reminded that the number of doses that you receive in your order may be adjusted at the discretion of the public health unit in accordance with vaccine supply. As a result, it is recommended that providers do not book appointments prior to receiving COVID-19 vaccine. You will be notified by the WECHU when your order is ready. For vaccine pick up, coolers must be pre-chilled between 2-8°C and all transport equipment must be present. If you plan to have your order delivered by Medex; please contact Medex at 519-735-7273 to arrange your delivery.
