School boards in Ontario are required to conduct anonymous school climate surveys of their students, parent/guardians, and staff every two years. The GECDSB and the Windsor Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) worked together to develop this year’s survey, centred on school climate, anti bullying, and student well-being.

How will my answers be used?

Your answers will be combined with others and used to create reports. Your answers might be shared with other organisations in our community to help to provide support for your school. It is also possible that the overall answers might be used to tell other people about what is happening at your school, this might include journal articles or presentations to others.

All of your answers will be kept confidential and anonymous. Any answers used will be done so without people knowing it was you. In reports or presentations your answers will be grouped together with others, so they cannot be connected to you. Filling out the survey is voluntary, and it will not affect how you are treated.

By doing this survey, it means you have read and understood the information above and agree to fill in the survey. You can stop whenever you want by closing the page.
