WEC CONNECT Updates Form

WEC CONNECT is a searchable inventory of substance use, mental health, and social services available to residents of the of Windsor-Essex County (WEC). The inventory includes a comprehensive list of both publicly and privately funded programs and services available at the regional, provincial, and national levels. This tool is intended to support residents of WEC in navigating health and social service systems to access programs that best meet their unique needs.

To improve the sustainability of the tool and its accuracy, programs or services key informants can provide updates to their program information on the tool. This tool is linked to webpages that pull directly from a survey database. Each key informant representing programs or services will have the ability to update their program surveys / forms quarterly, or earlier if the need arises. The key informants are responsible for facilitating conversations within their respective programs or services to update the tool and serve as liaison between the WECOSS and their services or programs to ensure the information available to clients remain up to date.
