Thank you for your schools interest in implementing the PALS program. This survey provides feedback and information to assist in understanding the implementation of the PALS program in individual schools. Your feedback will help to inform public health of any updates and changes needed to the training and program delivery to improve P.ALs.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Data from the survey may be shared with your school, local school boards, and provincial health units. No identifying information of survey participants will be disclosed. Depending on the sample size, survey responses may identify a school or school board.
